That processor has 4 cores with 4 HT cores.

You can run 2 full 32 slot CS servers on each physical core with 1 server per HT core. You could squeeze out 2 per HT core, but it's not a good idea as it could cause stability issues with your other servers since each HT core pretty much supports the physical core. It also depends how far your going to boost. If you have at least half a brain, the maximum you will boost your servers to will be 256 FPS. If you do that, what I mentioned is how much you actually will be able to run.
