Is it possible to kill a game event for safety just in case it does not end properly ?

What do you mean? What are you trying to do? You can UnhookEvent, as long as it was hooked already.

This sounds like an XY problem. You shouldn't need to "kill a game event" for "safety" reasons.

Jockey ride event is not unhooking properly on map change and cause teleportations, i would like to cancel it when round start it should not be a problem as jockey is not supposed to be alive. Valve coding you know.

Why would you unhook on map change? I still don't understand what you're trying to do. Maybe best to show the code and any errors related. Unhooking an event has no effect on the game calling those functions.
