Plugin is published in hope somebody eventually find the right one signature that point to CNetworkStringTableContainer class instance (
networkstringtableserver.cpp - &s_NetworkStringTableServer).
Purpose of plugin: "Increases" client's join speed by delaying file downloading to a later stage - on a map transition.
Algorithm (2 versions):
1. Delete all strings from "downloadables" string table when all clients finishing joining (fully in-game).
Restore preserved strings on round_end (win).
2. Do the same using dhooks by preventing strings from saving in table (SilverShot idea)
