#1

Hi,

Since I updated AMX Mod X 1.01, our Server crashes a lot and often don't restart.

Also see this post: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthr...t=11230&page=2

I searched long time for the problem.

And I come very far.

I found out, that it's not the binary file of AMX Mod X 1.01 itself (amxmodx_mm_i386.so).

So I think it has to do something with one or more modules.

Sorry, that I couldn't search more for the prob, but my Clan is very, very angry, that the server had crash so much, so I had to use AMX Mod X 1.00.

But I like the idea of Metamod-p and I like to be up2date, so please fix the problem!!!

Sorry for my english, I'm german

greez

Have you tried running it without modules? What sort of extra plugins do you use? Does it crash with the normal metamod? What operating system is it?

You need to give more information ;)

So, we are using Linux 32-Bit

It crashs also with the normal Metamod.

No, I couldn't try it without any modules anymore, because at this time my Clan was already very angry about it

I don't added more plugins. Everything worked. I justed updated AMX Mod X.

Mmmh, I like to support you with imformations.

If you really need more informations about the modules, maybe I can test it once again.

Hope you can fix it,

k4n!

Do you know whether it's a specific module or any modules that is causing this?

(You can test it out when your clan is offline or tell them that it's all my fault and that they can DDoS me now; but I'd like to see this issue resolved )

Thanks.

Hi,

it could be, we had the funmodule activated.

Why do you think it's the Fun-Module?
