[help] vip menu plugin

Hi!

Anyone have a VIP plugin where the people starts with 100 hp and armor. If they type !vip they can add +20 armor and if they kill 1 guy they get +1 hp per kill and if headshot +3hp?

Want to have a menu that has the ability

!vip !vipmenu

+20 armor (120 armor)

+1hp per kill +3hp if headshot

Also so VIP has permission to use an awp if awp is restricted to 1

I will just post the CSS version that Arkarr made long time ago.

Open sp file and change stuff to your liking.
Try it on CSGO aswell, I think it might work.

For awp, how is awp being restricted in first place?
