It mean's that you erased something or you add the plugin in wrong place.

Try starting the server without metamod amxmodx and the plugins.. If it starts normally, try starting it with metamod without AMXX and without the plugins.. If that works try starting with metamod with amxx but WITHOUT the plugins.. If that works its one of you plugins...

Super_Boy, if you don't have anything usefull to add.. Don't post.. If you do give information, do so in DETAIL...
I think the mod your server is running is trying to load certain sprites.. but I might be wrong..
