doesnt mather the whole fill will be readed ( not is a ; is in front)
just dont put it between a lot of info stuff, maybe you need to find it one day ;)

Once you have put it (better under ; Custom - Add 3rd party plugins here)
then restart your server. once your in, type amx_plugins to make sure it is running (in consol) then type amxmodmenu in consol, get out of consol and your menu should be up. go to the next page till you find stats settings. then one there go to the next page till you see things like headshot notifacation or killing spreee, and make sure those are on. once selected on, save and change the map.

ok i put amx_plugins on the console it showed up plugins but not the misc and i typed in amxmodmenu and i seen stats but it dont say heashot or anything all it shows is like /rank /me / stats etc...

anyhelp?
