I am using a plugin called BanDisconnected.smx (edited version to work with this plugin)
Temporary bans works with sm_addban, so I think only the logging part is bugged

[SQLiteBans.smx] Admin KeKeShi [AuthId: STEAM_1:1:112395894] added a 1440 minute ban on identity. Reason: STEAM_1:0:105160237

But the person gets the good time and reason on the disconnect message
