Plugin to restrict a Team

Hey Guys,
i am searching a Plugin, to restrict a full Team. ( for example: "Terrorists")
I want all to join CT or Spectator.

The only thing i found was this:

But this Plugin only restricts a Team to single players

Do not bump your posts, it goes against forum rules. Can you get away with using mp_humanteam?
