It took me a whole of 5 seconds to locate their site, check out their info with a translator and find out you have wasted everyones time with this thread.

As far as I know he asked for a fast download hoster, not a free ftp site/host/whatsoever. I say this 'cause from as far as I know, sv_downloadurl doesn't work with FTP. Also the Steam Support doesn't mention anything about FTP in their knowledge base.

If I wanted to install anything that wasn't available through that panel, how would I install it and having fastdl?

They always give us a FTP account to our game server and some kind of webhosting (about 100~500MB), so we can't put everything in there. For people like myself, we like to upload things through FTP instead of the admin panel.
