lewl, I also ommited brightness on a TE_DLIGHT O.o... however, if I add the brightness, and set it to 255... the light slowly fades away... that means that there is no brightness, that's the life... inc description may be wrong on this one, can someone clairify the situation ?

Based on Connor's findings, I'd say that the brightness doesn't exist for TE_DLIGHT and that message_const.inc is incorrect.
Why would I read your code? I needed some examples with TE_DLIGHT.

I gonna have a look at bio plugin, i thought that it was implemented inside of the main plugin.

What you mean ? Make as the player was lightning ? That would be another plugin.

One BUG: The cvars for setting team color light are inverted so:
flashlight_set colorte - Changes CT team light color
flashlight_set colorct - Changes Te team light color
