Problem with console

When I opet console in cs 1.6, and when I press any button console closes.
And now I can not wryte in console.
How to fix this?

Not.. just write a 'k', it closes, re-open, 'k' again... it stays open.

It's about the language settings I think. Try using another keyboard layout or something similar.
