My HLDS Not Works Good.If The Ip Address in listip.cfg is 85.132.91.16,then in the hlds ban list it is 85.-124.91.16.So When I Delete This Ip Address in Ban List it gives error "
Bad filter address: -124.91.16"

How To Fix That

Shut down the server, delete that IP from the file, start the server

No When I An IP through "addip 0.0" It Adds All The IP's As BAD IPs
