Put the .amxx file in /amxmodx/plugins;
the plugin name (included .amxx) you type in /amxmodx/config/plugins.ini

In case of it precache models, sounds or something else, you need copy models, sounds etc.
If it have .inc or lang file, you need copy that too.
Btw i dont know why you asking it. Usually you can find how install the plugins in plugins threads...
