still does not work

in console it says AMX pugin file open error (plugin "sh_batgirl.amx)

that means the plugin is the wrong format or its not really there.
Are you sure your using the correct version of the plugin for your AMX and your putting it in the correct place? Don't tell you are and its there because if it was you would not get that error. Make sure the plugin is actually IN the plugins folder. And use the one out of the "amx98" folder cause it sounds like you have amx98

i got newest amx, downloaded from official site 2 days ago, is that amx98??

when i say amx plugins it sais on nr 57 unknown unknown sh_batgirl.amx bad load

in the plugins.ini do you have "sh_batgirl.amx
if so remove the " I just saw that in your error, don't know if that is it but worth a look

and make sure the amx file for batgirl is in the plugins folder
