Got a wierd problem.

I am hosting from my home.
i can join server.
I can invite friends to server.

I sometimes can't connect to server.
I almost never find my server in the community list, even if i use tags it wont find it (around 5000 servers a refresh)

How can i get it to always show in list when i start the server?

Even my friends can't find my server. pretty strange because if i send them an invite they can join without an problem.

Even now server up for about 2 hours, still can't find it, but i can join it without any problems.

I have a weird issue:

Server shows up in Asia region when I set sv_region = 4 but doesn't up in world with sv_region 255

Any idea?
