[FF2] [HELP] Choosing what Hale will be able to play at specific Player Amount?

Hey , i want to do a 4x Duo but i dont want it to be playable till it reached the specific player amount.

as i know, FF2 should prevent selection of main boss of quad squad untill server reaches (4"quad boss"*2)+1 player
