I've seen multiple communities using this... Does anyone know where to buy this? - Or if it is free(i doubt it)

Mhhh I haven't noticed it yet, I myself also use an Anti Cheat System which has this name, but it is not from the person P!mps

I'm not going to advertise it because the seller doesn't support it after the purchase but its Cow. You buy the product, get a few changes in the beginning and after that he won't respond to your messages if you want an update. Another user who bought it from him has the same problem.

The anti-cheat checks are okay, I won't say anything against that, but to fool people into thinking you'll get support afterwards is a brazen lie. It is also not exactly little money and not every user has the possibility to pay for it.

This is normal with Cow, as you said he seems to be "exclusive" to Edan's community and only does "good" work for them.
