I rly want to know how to make these Custom Sounds like from Piss Cakehole when he says ''I am Piss Cakehole , im gonna carve you'' these are sounding so good and original like the voice actors said that from Sniper
Could need help or a Explaination how they do that , the only way i know is to take form each voiceline or respones from the character the Letters and putting them together but it will sound terrible

You can use existing in-game sounds and cut/splice them to make these lines.
Any kind of sound editors would be work like Audacity.
