Would it be possible to have the master server record without delay and use delay only on relay servers?

I have an relay which i would like to use only for spectating and then recording on the master server.

Due to the fact that i can only set delay on the master server the record also gets delay. Any way in solving this or doing it some other way?

Live with the delay on the master server because it just delays what you see happen in the gameserver by a few seconds, if you want to get entire game from start to map change, use this in server.cfg: tv_delaymapchange 1

Maybe you misunderstood me. The problem is that tv_delay 90 only can be set on the master server and if i want to record on the master server the recording also gets a delay of 90 seconds. I only want the relayed spectator server to get delay for 90 seconds and not the master which i am using to record the games.
