I am having some trouble here...
I think my problem is making the .amx from the .sma file.

Please would someone save my temper by making the .amx file for me, but making the HPK kick clients with pings over 75.

- amx_maxping //lowest average ping to be kicked
- amx_maxping_check //time between checks
- amx_maxping_tests //number of checks to be performed before kick

What's so unclear about these lines?

I clearly had problems MAKING the .amx file.

This is a plugin-thread, not compiling help.

I agree with u guys telling them to rtfm, but thoose guys clearly have pulled them self out on really deep water.

1. Download *.sma file to your scripting directory
2. Configure *.sma with a texteditor ex vi, notepad or whatever you like
3. On windows click compile.bat (since that's what I'm running now) and what you should run if you have problems with this type of things.
4. If it doesn't compile i.e you get an error, go back and fix the code from start.
5. If it still doesn't work consider doing something else, maybe watch some TV.
6. If you don't know what to change don't bother the first 5 steps in this short tut. Just head on for that TV.

And frankley thoose guys mocking you ain't doing that for nothing, you really have to learn to read before you ask.
