Tested new version ;) , result , on no mercy nothing 2 spawned tank , but on blood hardverst map 2-3-4-5 spawned all time x2 .
Possibly simply default forced spawn 1 time tank on a map versus (?)

Restore map defaults on map start work good. No additional tanks/witches. Only when forced, just 2-3 witches and 0/1 tank

I'll have a look at fixing this when I get home. It would help a lot if you can provide your sourcemod logs so I can see exactly what is happening.

All I can do is force it to spawn a tank. When it spawns, where or how many I have no control over. The only way I could do this would be to spawn tanks using semi random timers and that would be just cheesy anyway. The identical boss system does guarantee though that if team a gets a tank, team b will also get at least one. Same with witches.

Add more zombies to the horde option from the menu adds the value of a4d_zombies_to_add to the following director convars:
  • z_mega_mob_size
  • z_mob_spawn_max_size

When using the add zomibes to Horde option in admin menu, is the default size 10?

Also, would it be possible to make some cvars that you could put into your server.cfg file to perm. make the z_mob_spawn size bigger?

The amount added by the menu is whatever a4d_zombies_to_add is set to (by default it is 10)

Yup. I'm pretty sure all you need to do it is put z_mob_spawn into your server.cfg and give it whatever value you require. Bear in mind though if you do this you would want to turn off the setting that automatically resets the game defaults on a map change (a4d_automatically_reset_settings) as this would reset that value.

Hmm, dont know if ensure consistency work properly, cause at rooftop map we have tank and witch, and other team have just witch and no tank.
Also same situation with Randomise position (versus options), at 1st map hospital apartment one team have tank, other no. Also all options default except one, "reset to defaults each map start" on.
Can u fix this pls?

Right there are two issues here. Firstly ensure consistency currently only works when you have Randomise Positions on as well. I'll change it to see if it has an effect on the old logic but I am not sure if it will.

What ensure consistency does not do is make sure there are the same number of tank and witch spawns between teams. It only makes sure that a tank or witch will spawn. I'm not planning to implement this at the moment since I think the game is more fun with the added randomness.

Randomise positions allows the old AI director to take control. It will spawn tanks based on how well the team is doing. Unless ensure consistency is on it may spawn tanks for one team and not the other.

Basically turn both of them on and it behaves like it should.
