Ive just started using ygmsm (ye gods match server manager) and they have a team swapper that works..

I have not tested this functionality, but he hit the nail on the head. If that function is not working, then none of the plugins would work.

I believe it does. I can't find the signature for CS_SwitchTeam in Counter-Strike's server.dll, even when accounting for wildcards. Bug filed here

I do not believe it's called that in the .dll. I think this function is exactly the same as ChangeClientTeam() but it eliminates the "death" part for stats and scoring in CSS.
