Did you make the additional change that I noted on line 170 of view.php?

I tried setting this up on a local web server and I didn't have any issues with ban_list.php. There seemed to be a bunch of issues on a few other pages though.

You haven't had issue with ban_list, because you probably don't have allowed / installed another GeoIP on your web / server.

That's strange since all those functions had a check to see if the function already existed before defining the function. The version that you posted actually removes that check which will definitely cause redefinition of the functions if you have them already.
