Looks like your eighter missing teture files or the textures are not in the right folder. I do not know where you found it so I can't check it.

Hi. Gabe installed on your server with FF 1.10.13. But why is the hat Gabe is pink with black squares. And everything else loaded normally. A screenshot of the problem attached in the archive.

Valve changed the hair texture which caused it to brake. There was a newer version of him but I can't find a link anymore
