[Solved] Weird problem server not responding

Hello following to my old post HERE i find out that if my friends doesn't connect to panel they wont get access to connect to the server. I mean like if i give you the ip directly and you add it to your favorites or try to connect it wont work for you but if you go to the control panel (i'm using OGP) and login and then open cs 1.6 again it gonna work for you. any solutions ? and sorry for bad my bad english

problem solved the i just had to add the port to firewall idk why its blocked by default they only open 27015 & 27016
