Tried that already, no one can connect neither by console or through Steam overlay.
Not sure how would it help to disable hibernation. Can you explain, please? If you don't mind, that is.

It only worked with my private IP, until I installed a loopback adapter, then I could use my public IP. Still, I was the only one who could join and get a response from the browser. My friends got "Server is not responding" and when attempting to join they'd get disconnected after 10 retries.

Tried this approach but my friends were unable to connect to my SoftEther Hub.
Seems like the only answer to this issue in most (if not all) cases is to give up and switch to a VPS.

Either way, thanks for your reply. As soon as I get home, I will reinstall my DS and try your fix with SM.
