I'm doing work for a source mod called "Battle Grounds III", which could be found here:

We are trying to get the same type of functionality that was around during the days of DoD; ranks that can be displayed in game, and get posted to an sql database so that they get posted on a website. Things that we want besides simple KD stats would be headshot ratios, individual weapon and class stats and perhaps hitbox percentages (limb, torso, head, etc.)

I'm currently looking into various ways to accomplish this, please message me with a portfolio, an approach to implementation and a rough project release date.

We are trying to pay somewhere in the range of 200-300$.
