Edit: It was the dodgeball plugin I was using.

Is their a way to make it so that its players vs bots. I basically want to make it so all the players are on one team and the bot is on the other team?

the plugin automatically does that whenever you enable pvb mode.

Using https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=299275 TFDB mod, it works fine initially.
When 2+ players leave and it gets back down to just 1 and the bot after players leave, the bot spawns with no weapon and can't reflect back any more. Anyone else ever had this problem?

It works as intended on the original YADP, it's most likely an issue with the newer plugin.

everytime /votepvb is enabled the bot spazzes out and just commits suicide over and over again

Okay, I try to help you debug the issue, although you're going to need to provide more information such as your plugin list, extension list, and if there are any errors in the server console.

Nanobot works fine for me with my newer TFDB plugin, might be something else.
