Flags of the Countries - GeoIP

Hello guys I would like to know how I do for the flags of the countries and IP of players be displayed on ban list? I have installed on my host the php 5.3.13 with geoip (wampserver) the geoip works fine for other applications eg: HlxStats, Forum)

P.S: I dont use firewall, proxy or software to hide my ip

There is no flag shown, if the ban doesn't have an IP address set. For the other ones, you could try updating the IpToCountry.csv (IPV4 CSV) database. Make sure the country research isn't disabled in the settings.

is only necessary to download the file. csv file and add it to the directory "... / includes" ?
