You can blacklist certain maps of course, but that means you need to check every single spawn on every single map you use now and in the future has the correct team.

Or else you risk emptying out your server with people claiming admin abuse.

For a 3 stage map with forward spawns, this means you could be required to check as many as 9 spawns.

This partly works for me. RED's spawn is protected from enemy spies but not BLU's. Also the spies remain alive as long as they stay on the teleporter.
