not supposed to bump threads - but I do not know of anything that you ask for. What I do is just keep a google document listed with dates of add/remove and I check it each day or when I get a chance to remove people myself - mostly thru Sourcebans.

Add to file then remove to file, would seem simple enough, just the timer code being a bit difficult?
