Hello first time here ignore stupid nickname low imagination levels.
So quick history so you dont think i am a low-life slowhacker:
I play CS for 8 years thousands of hours etc,etc so i am a good player, and from that comes a lot of angry admins that have 0 evidences but still access to amx. I am a steam player and was playing on a steam server and got amx_pika applied to me, later on they unbanned me because no evidences, but i still had to deal with amx_pika, quick system restore and done, i know a cannon to an ant.
So i got interested in plugin programing and since i love C why not learn it, and i am still confused if they can acess files outside of the half-life file, and if besides de cl command and read only on files it exists another way to avoid the amx_pika.
I was an admin for long time never used or knew the existance of this crap till the last month but some people cant handle good players nothing i can do.

They cannot access files outside of half life, and the only things they can do is modify the client's configuration
To avoid it simple write cl_filterstuffcmd 1 in console
