No access to admin command

Hi guys!

Found a big problem. I have a server, everything was ok (had admin) but (I don'y know why) now I started server, joined and "You do not have access to this command". I can tell you, maybe it's beacause i was testing plugin (editing and compiling) and i had it before. Uninstalling sourcemod and installing it again won't help. I'm not green in sourcemod so it's not an admins.cfg or admin_group.cfg. Nothing suspicious in console. Help me please!

Is it authenticating with steam properly?

what do you mean?

EDIT: i changed authentication mode to ip and it works, but with steam not. whats a problem?

Don't remember, if it's a new install you need to set the app id in a text file or it won't authenticate.
There are some other things that can cause it as well.

If Steam is down and that one Steam Validation thing is enabled in core.cfg, admins aren't granted access until Steam comes back up.
