If you see your username on the left side, then a bit lower is a "!" symbol. If I hit your "!" butto, since it's the thread post then I'm reporting your thread, if you hit my "!" then you're reporting a stupid answer.

If you report, mods take it down immediately.

Are you sure you're talking about alliedmods?

Next to this post, in the left side, you'll see the little icon, that's the one you would click, if you find that answer as "stupid", to quote your own words.

I would however advise only to report posts/threads that are in violation with the AlliedModders Rules:

If someone is posting something in the Off-Topic section about strawberries, and you don't like strawberries and find the thread "stupid", that is obviously not a good reason to report it, if it is not also in violation of the AlliedModders Rules somehow.

And to comment you directly, @OciXCrom:

- SourceMod moderators has access to the SourceMod section(s) of the board.
- AMX moderators has access to the SourceMod section(s) of the board.

- SourceMod moderators cannot handle things happening in the AMX section(s).
- AMX moderators cannot handle things happening in the SourceMod section(s).

This kind of explanation has been shared multiple times, across the forums. It sounds to me like you still fail to understand that?

It does however also imply that your report from ~11 hours ago, in the AMX section, that even if there was something to do with it, I would not have being notified about it, and I have no access to do anything there with my "SourceMod Moderator" title.

If your main concern and attitude on those things is based threads with titles like "hi" "plz help" "i need help with my server", etc., it won't be any different outside AlliedModders.

Question is just, is this the administrators/moderators job to fix your (or other's) threads, to make them make sense? No, not at all.
We are administrators/moderators, we are NOT "PROOFREADERS".

If people would just ignore such lousy threads, and not respond to them at all, before that they do make sense (title and/or content), then people would learn that they have to explain it better instead of shit posting. That's my own opinion though, which have seemed effective in certain areas, though I cannot guarantee that the the opinion is shared everywhere across the AM team though.

Out of personal curiosity, would you personally volunteer for a title named "AMX Proofreader"?

Within the SourceMod section, most reports I have been looking at (even if solved by other moderators) are usually solved within 15-20 minutes, though some may be within a couple of hours. Here the other day, I fixed a thread, and just at the same second as I fixed it (< 15m old thread), a report came in. That one was a wrong section one in my memory.

Of your recent 7 reports, only one of them was in the SourceMod section, meaning that I couldn't do anything with 6 of 7 reports. In the one where I could (which where already handled by someone else), it also appears that you responded to the thread and insulted OP, a thing where I have to admit I believe the moderator forgot to add a warning/infraction to your account for not complying 100% with the AlliedModders Rules.

The right thing is to report the post, but not to respond to it with either insulting or "follow the rules" crap, leave that part up to the administrators/moderators.

Sometimes you also have to think about what you are doing yourself, instead of just thinking about what others do. It's a complicated task, where most people in the whole world often fail. It's very easy to see the issues with others, but very hard to see your own issues.

I wonder why this shit still here.
I mean do you think that these posts are allowed to be posted on a subforum like that? I've reported it like 12 hours ago but since I'm not seeing results, it means that I'm wrong.

It was edited by a moderator within an hour of posting to remove the contact information, I'm not sure why it wasn't deleted.
