I've actually been doing that to the people I kick, since when you kick most people, they just goto console, and type retry.
When you quit them, chances are that they won't have your server IP anymore, and they'll move on to another server.

Then i do exactly that i should to do
.so to /cssserv3/bin
.vdf to /cssserv3/cstrike/addons
While my server is loading it shows "unable to load plugin "sap_sp""
How can i fix this ?

Where i can find them ?
(in inet not via lin update tools)

This should be in /usr/lib/ or maybe /usr/local/lib/
(provided by gcc, if i recall correctly)

These are provided by the source dedicated server, if you don't have these you dont have the server or at least a complete source server.
