You should make the Monster more aggressive. In the video it does not seem like they really attack that much and they move very slow so might increase there speed too.

You're not the only one. No challenge when they just stand there and searching for a path to reach you.
Already on it. My idea was the monsters which can't shoot will run around so they get a chance for players to miss them and also to find cover behind etc. a wall and stay in alert state till it can find a path to the enemies it have stored in its memory to chase.
The guys which can shoot will always chase their enemy to shoot at.

Speed is handled by the model.

The progress is pretty slow due to work and I'm trying to find out why the latest version crash the server.

Can anyone tell me where I can find the original monstermod? a metamod plugin?

We used to have fish in ka_ragwars in the water.. the files got deleted for monstermod and weve used the same once since like 2006

ckw fun maps server, maybe some of you have played there?

Please release the previous release which wasn't crash the server as a beta, please!
(Linux server user which was abandoned by the monstermod releases)
