for me maps_small_ini dont work what i do wrong?
when open vote for nextmap all vote for like "aim_map" but change to any from dont know maps folder maybe like "de_chaeute" map change, dont have in maps.ini and mapcyle.txt ... i dont have this map in any folder just in maps folder. please help.

amx_mapchooser_mapsfile - File used when amx_mapchooser_mapsloc is set to 0 (default filename is "maps.ini").
The file must be in amxmodx/configs/ folder.
amx_mapchooser_mapsfile_s - File used when amx_mapchooser_mapsloc is set to 0
and there is less than 10 players on the server (default filename is "maps_small.ini").
The file must be in amxmodx/configs/ folder. If it's not existing there, the regular amx_mapchooser_mapsfile
will be used also for smaller than 10 amount of players on the server.

Those cvars: amx_mapchooser_mapsfile
and amx_mapchooser_mapsfile_s are strings (as file names with the list of maps) - not just bool 0/1.

No. It should be like this:

amx_mapchooser_type 0

What I meant in my previous post You have to put those filenames as strings in both cvars. If You are not going to change default settings - I mean in this example - if You don't need to change default filenames with map lists nor other default settings (in the first post of this topic there are cvars with default values - just read it), You don't need to put those cvars at all to the amxx.cfg file.

That means You are missing the default nextmap.amxx plugin. You should only comment out the default mapchooser.amxx from plugins ini - and at its place add mapchooser4.amxx. nextmap.amxx should stay there unremoved.
