    You must use "deathmatch.sp" and default plugins from "sourcemod" by default. "https://Github.com/Smesh292/deathmatch/deathmatch.sp" and you must copy to "cfg/addons/sourcemod/deamthmatch" ".txt" decuments like "de_dust.txt" from "https://github.com/Smesh292/deathmatch/cfg/sourcemod/deathmatch". Also you need to use "!guns" in-game chat. Also you can check via server console score "sm_score". Team which have higher score will be save in end of round, but team who have lower score, will be slayed in end of round. For better experience I recommend use "100 tickrate". It can be able to instal from "https://github.com/daemon32/tickrate_enabler/releases". If you use windows version try this one "https://github.com/daemon32/tickrate_enabler/releases/tag/0.5-100tick". This version not need "-tickrate" in start server parameters. It instantly set "tickrate" to 100. Also i recommend you anti dos from "https://www.zombiex2.net" "https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=95312?t=95312". If you use steam version Counter-Strike: Source. You must install "orangebox.rar" and don't forget put in metamod/metaplugins.ini this line "addons/dosprotect/bin/dosprotect_mm". Also i recommend to use "https://www.github.com/Smesh292/deathmatch/server.cfg". There is "sv_clockcorrection_msecs", its must be 14. Also i recommend you low lerp (20.0). You can set it in for example "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\cfg" put autoexec.cfg with "rate 30000; cl_cmdrate 100; cl_updaterate 100; cl_interp 0; cl_interp_ratio 2". At nowadays you don't need other plugins of "plugins" directory of sourcemod. To add new spawn point you must go to "cfg/sourcemod/deathmatch" and make for example cs_office.txt, there you must make "GlobalKey"{"1" "123.1 123.1 123.1 0.0 123.1 0.0"}. First three float numbers is x, y, z coordinates of spawn point and 0.0, 123,1 0.0 is your angle of view. You can check this coordinates in game console via getpos, before it you must turn on "Developer mode" in "Options". On "`" key you will open game console. About "GlobalKey", you can make in colum spawnpoints count from "1" to "100". Now the limit is "1000". In "server.cfg" is "mp_friendlyfire" option. For better experience I recommend use it on "1" value.
