So you have your webserver still hosted at your place?

How does your server.cfg look like?

You need to provide more information regarding your set up. Give us logs, etc.

Edit: I noticed that my game download the files by the default way (directly from sv files/low speed) when I remove the server.cfg in my pc sv files, but when I do te same in my vps (remove cfg) I still getting the same "Map is missing" error!.

Edit2: All the .lst files in downloadlist folder from vps are totally blank, while in my pc that files have the resource path written (ex. "maps\cp_orange_x3.bsp"), I don't know what to do.

I have a paid website in hosted in my country (when I host in my house I can download 50mb maps in 5~sg)
I run windows 10 in my house and windows service 2003 r2 sp2 in the vps.

Image about the files in my pc - vps:

same sv_download url (copy-paste)
Fast Dl:

I only have custom maps in my website/server.

Scrds image pc - vps:

As you can see, when i connect to my house server I can download the map from the fast dl (it took less than a second), but when I try to connect to my vps server I get:
Missing map maps/cp_orange_x3.bsp, disconnecting
Host_Error: Map is missing

(I delete the download folder in my game client before connect to a server)

----------------------------------------------------------------
My english is poor, I hope you can understand
Thanks.

The download url that you have blurred out is a crucial part to get right. If we cant see it, we cannot confirm that it is correct.

Im sure that the download url is correct.
I use the same server.cfg(and all files) in my pc and vps, but only work in my pc..
I think that my problem is relationated with the .lst files in downloadfolder, someway server dont have/write the path of the resources so it cannot indicate where the client have to download.

edit:

I tried to copy paste the path, but when the server run the map it remove the line leaving a blank .lst

@seba13xd: you can use htaccess rules to prevent file leeching from your fastdl
