amx plugin manager?

I want a program like wincsx that can read plugins.ini and can turn on/off plugin easily by clicking on button in program. I dont want plugin manager i saw here who turns on/off in amx admin menu. Thanks

Just lol. Let me guess, it's to hard to open plugins.ini and put a ";" in front of plugin that you want to be disabled? -.-'
