I run a public server and we run HLTV, why not? People get banned all the time and we pull demos. I think this plugin is very useful. Nobody can snag your HLTV spot if it were to go down.

The idee of this plugin is to allow hltv proxies from for instance hltv.org but kick proxies from undefined resources.

Approved, but please change the Plugin Type from Admin Commands to Technical/Developement or Server Management as this isn't an Admin Command plugin.
