Hey i have been having a problem with !lr. I am new to source so i do not know if it is part of the game or what but for some reason the terrorists can !lr when there are 2 terros left. Any way to change that?

You can change how many T's need to be left before !lr is enabled and this can be changed at cstrike/cfg/sourcemod/sm_hosties.cfg

well i looked all through the file you said and found nothing having to do with the amount of terrorists needed to !lr.
