As the titles says i want to turn off prisoners abillity to talk.Is this possible?

You could try raising the mute time in your sm_hosties configuration.

For example, if you have a 9 minutes roundtime, then you set 10 minutes as mute time.

but the max mute time is 90 sec. :/
