Kick specific player when AFK (CS:S)

We have AFK's mostly under control, but have a couple that are way too often AFK. When kicked they join back up immediately and then shortly after go AFK again. Would love a plugin to kick a specific steam_ID if that person is AFK too long. Preferably, ignoring all players but those in a black list that we can add steam id's to later.
