Yes, if you change the includes, the functions and pretty much the entire code. AMXX and SourceMod don't use the same coding language.

1. I'm sorry but i was think you want it for amxmodx and i made that plugin in 2 hours because i wasn't know how to code "on, off" button for cmds and my experience in amxmodx is 2/3 months and i can't tell you i'm the professional or the stupid like someone but i learning anything fast i just need the time.

2. I dont know anything about scoure mod code!!

AMXX uses Pawn, SourceMod uses SourcePawn. They are similar, but not the same.
