I run a FFA Deathmatch server and have sv_showimpacts 1 and sv_showimpacts_time 0.08, and a majority of people that play on the server love it, but some don't. I was wondering if there is a plugin that would allow the players the option to show bullet impacts + set time it shows without turning it on for the whole server?

The attached plugin is supposed to do what you want (configure your settings from the !settings menu, defaults are whatever the server cvars are set to), but for some reason the cvars aren't being properly replicated. Can anyone who regularly develops for CS:GO confirm if SendConVarValue is supposed to work or if it has a quirk?

Would it be possible to allow setting client side cvars that are only possible with sv_cheats enabled, without enabling sv_cheats? For instance giving a player the option to have weapon_debug_spread_show 1, without also making it possible for them to use any other cheat commands?
