Well sometimes when my friend want to join my server, he will get dropped. Why is that? and this happen to me sometimes so thats why I always type setinfo _pw *my password* before entering my server and I will see this error on my server
"Dropped hmm from server" hmm is his nickname

Why are you doing "setinfo _pw *my password*" to connect to your server? Only reason you should be setting your password like that is for admin control.

@NoS, Well some stranger in youtube told me to do that and it work, I mean I can join my server without problem but thats not the problem, the main problem is how to NOT make people dropped from my server?

You should see in log.txt what is real reason for "Dropped hmm from server"... Bad password ?

Unclear is...
is your server set password
or
have you give Admin priviledge by name+password ? This why need use "setinfo pw pw" like NoS said

Would you tell is server set sv_password or did you add that your friend to admin ?
Is your friend only dropped from server or everybody ?

ok.. don't know is your server dedicated or listen and what game-mod (Cs:s, TF2)?

Don't know what plugins/addons you have on server (sourcemod, Mani Admin plugin) ?

If you have log enabled, you find from inside that ...logs/log_1211xxx.txt real reason why player is dropped.
To get log enabled, add in server.cfg
log on

Try look have you cvars with these values
sv_lan 0
mp_autokick 0
