I guess it will not solve my problem anyway, because it doesnt matter what kinda server STEAM or Non-Steam, players with non-steam CS who plays on gg STEAM server, where rank tracking by STEAM_ID, will not ranked right? Or Im wrong?

Ok forget about it I just want to say If some one able to make rank tracking by nickname for GG PM please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you track your rank with steam-id it is unique, noone can steal your rank, points or whatever. Using nickname is the badest way to track this.
And by the way: reading the forum rules would show you that requesting help/support for non-steam server can cause your account getting banned.
The latest steam-version of the game and amxx is a requirement, not an option!
