Can some one help me making a srcds server for HL2M Source
I use bthome hub my bro has a hub thing that send out signals to my little thingy that picks up how do i set server up

You need to login to the hub and add the servers ports on the Application Sharing page

You need to cover your little thingy in aluminum foil to prevent the signals from getting out.

Honestly, if you are referring to computer peripherals as "little thingy", and have no idea what 802.11 is, you probably shouldn't be running a server.
